It’s the year 1995, and Harry and his friends have returned to Hogwarts for their fifth year. Dolores Umbridge has been appointed as Defence Against the Dark Arts professor and is practicing strict methods of teaching and punishing, refusing to allow students to use magic in class. Because of this, Harry and his friends have been forced to form a group where they can learn to use magic to defend themselves, the group going by the name of Dumbledore’s Army. On top of this, students are studying hard in order to prepare themselves for their OWL examinations at the end of the year. It’s certainly going to be an interesting year at Hogwarts.
FifthYear-RP is a relatively laid back Harry Potter roleplay group based in the Golden Trio’s fifth year. We have a number of canon characters still waiting to be applied for, and we are happy to accept original characters. Come and join us!

Why are you allowing members to roleplay with only one other member of the rp? That is rude and unfair that that they leave everyone else out and it is rude. I do not like being part of this rp since people form couples and small groups that they leave other people out. It is nothing but a bunch of bullshit.
If you would like to roleplay with that member, send them a message. I’m sure they’d be happy to roleplay with you. The one being rude here is you, and if you would like to let me know who you are, I will happily remove you from the roleplay. Why are you here if you don’t enjoy being a part of it?
